Chapter 90 - 89. Infiltration (3)
The golden eyes with the slit pupils stared down at me with the gaze with which a predator would look at prey.
I should have lowered my eyes but for some reason my body refused to do so. I gazed right into the eyes of the Tyrant in front of me while my Mana seemed like it was trying to whip around.
Well, why wouldn’t it? This guy was a shifter and his aura was like a bomb ready to detonate.
If I couldn’t control my Mana then he would instantly know that I was a Dragon.
His face was like chiseled granite statue along with his body which had a distinct smell that was concealed by the scent of perfumes.
"Hm..." A corner of his lips curled up as he kept his grip on my chin.
"You’ve brought me quite a tempting one this time." He commented.
"I’m honored to hear that you’re satisfied with him, Your Majesty." Ruba spoke.
His fingers let go of my chin and clasped around my throat making me gasp lightly as he kept his firm grip over my neck.
Crap! Did he notice that I was a Dragon? Did the plan fail? Should I kill him?
I gasped bringing my hands up feigning being in pain as he increased his grip.
