She raised her head to meet Gu Feimo’s eyes, a bit of reproach in her gaze.
Suddenly, Gu Feimo bent down, burying his head in Ye Shushu’s neck.
The warm breath fell on her, Ye Shushu wanted to pull away, but Gu Feimo’s single hand restrained her.
"I... don’t want to go home, there’s no mom and dad at home, can’t you just stay with me?"
Gu Feimo spoke the words softly, so only Ye Shushu could hear them.
After speaking, Gu Feimo straightened up, looking down at her.
Ye Shushu blinked, a little surprised.
But she quickly recovered, squeezing his hand before letting go.
"Do as you please, but my clothes surely won’t fit you."
"No worries, sister, I’ll immediately prepare some clothes for Young Master Feimo." Ye Shaoquan stood up, assuming a ’leave it to me’ posture.
"Feimo, Shushu, head upstairs first, I’ll prepare some snacks to send up later." Bai Yuning said softly.
"Alright, thank you, Aunt." Gu Feimo smiled at Bai Yuning.
Ye Shushu said nothing more, turning to walk towards the villa, of course with Gu Feimo together.
