Chapter 183: Baby Luggage
Aurora stopped moaning and turned her head slightly to look at him, thinking she had offended him.
"Are you okay?" Concerned, she asked but instead, he withdrew from her and picked her up in a princess style.
"We need to go now, we will continue later." Then he walked up to his closet and helped her with his clothes, before wearing something casual himself.
Once they were done, he picked her up and started walking toward the door, confusing her. Was he planning to walk her into the dining hall with her in his hands?
"I can walk," she said, hoping he would let her go.
"Of course you can, but I don’t want you to walk." Nonchalantly, he said and started walking. Inwardly, he loved that she was anxious about being carried this way in front of everyone, and it amused him. He knew Lucas was going to be there so he was trying to mark his boundaries. Lucas wasn’t the type to listen, and a harsh method was needed to make him submit.
"I...what of everyone?" Still uncomfortable, she asked, but he scoffed and asked, "Do you think I care?" Staring deep into her eyes, that made her gulp. He already knew why she was uncomfortable, just how much does he know about her already?
"You know everything?" She asked.
Instead of answering, he smiled at her and pinched her cheeks. "Should I act like I don’t?" And asked.
