Alpha Damien's Breeder: The first night

Chapter 127: Bathing for her

Aurora couldn’t resist watching her stride away with perfect poise, displaying the elegance of a queen capable of restoring power and grace to a kingdom. Shaking her head, she scolded herself for entertaining such childish thoughts.

Would she have been the perfect Luna for Lucas’s pack if he hadn’t rejected her? Would she have been able to give off a graceful aura just like this woman did?

During the trainings she received as future Luna in Lucas’s pack, she always foresee her future to be impeccable. Never in her wildest dreams, would she have seen her future here.

Her admiration for the woman was profound. Was it the shared characteristic of white hair that drew her in? However, the young lady in front of her also had white hair, though it was slightly less vibrant than the woman’s.

"Well, you heard her. Bring in what I requested immediately," Damien’s voice lost its playfulness, sounding cold. Aurora knew the reason but remained indifferent. It was a consequence of his constant teasing and making decisions for her.

She smirked inwardly, satisfied to have annoyed him. Truthfully, the credit belonged to the woman, but would she have spoken to him that way if she knew his status?

There were rumors of witches possessing powers capable of both killing and reviving a person. The woman seemed powerful enough to confront Damien, but Aurora wished to avoid such a confrontation. It wasn’t a concern for Damien, she simply didn’t want a conflict to erupt. Convincing herself she didn’t care about him, she sighed.

Upon reaching their assigned room, Aurora was relieved to find it spacious. The bed resembled the one in her former room in the omega’s quarters, and there was a small couch in the room where she planned to sleep.

Damien dropped her on the bed and walked away, his lingering annoyance palpable. She rolled her eyes at his pettiness, struggling to comprehend why he was upset with her laughter. It wasn’t as if the woman wasn’t correct, how could he pay without money?

Furthermore, it wasn’t her fault he forgot his wallet on their trip, or "adventure," as he called it. What were they even doing here?

"When are we leaving?" She broke the silence. No response came, as Damien focused on something on his chest with his back to her.
