Chapter 55: Who is Dami?
She couldn’t believe what she was seeing, Enoch and Scarlet on the bed, tightly holding onto each other. It was a funny yet romantic scene, they looked like real couples.
Aurora smiled at how perfect they looked, despite being total strangers to each other. If only Scarlet was ready to settle down with a man.
She giggled softly and started tracing her steps toward the door to exit the room quietly.
She had nothing to worry about, Scarlet was in perfect hands. ’Enoch’s hands,’ she thought and carefully exited the room. Unfortunately, Aurora wasn’t able to slam the door without making any noise thereby waking Scarlet up.
Slowly opening her eyes, Scarlet frowned when a sudden headache hit her head. She tried to move but felt a strong force holding her down.
Looking beside her, she met with Enoch’s sleeping peaceful face. Their lips were almost touching as their faces were so close to each other.
She blinked twice wondering if she was imagining things because she hadn’t been with a man in ages. Unless she was crazy, why would Enoch be in bed with her?
He didn’t disappear, so she dropped her hand on his cheeks making Enoch instinctively open his eyes upon her touch.
They both gazed at each other, Scarlet thinking she was dreaming and Enoch treasuring the most sweetest morning view in his front.
