Sebastian's mouth twitched. 'What's wrong with Master today? He's a bit... different,' he thought, looking at his master, whose eyes were shining like a child while staring at the lion fountain's 'tongue,' from which water poured down loudly.
Johan stared at the glowing interface, the wheel spinning like it swayed with the wind.

'You're asking me this again?' Johan shot a look of disapproval at the blue screen. He didn't want his gambling addiction back.
Then his finger moved, hovering over the golden button. His heart started pounding.
'There's no limit on the rewards... it could be anything—like the Demon Lord's Aether core, or even a skill... or even the Goddess of Death's skill... and my survival also depends on what I pull.'
His body leaned forward like a girl with daddy issues finding a guy with a motorcycle and commitment issues.

The wheel spun. Symbols of weapons, skills, potions, and unknown question marks, marked with S class, A class, SSSSS class, E class, blurred together, shifting so fast they became a hypnotic spiral.
Tick. Tick.
Each click of the wheel felt like a hammer against his ribs.
