Seeing the figures inside the train disappear, both Jason and Kadi immediately sensed that something was wrong.
Even they, as slow-witted as they were, realized they had been tricked.
They quickly tried to escape, but their movements were a step too slow.
In the face of Noel and Laxus—both masters of speed—the difficulty of their escape was as impossible as reaching the sky.
The moment they turned around, two chains formed of white light shot out from behind them at high speed, wrapping around them tightly.
At the other end of the chains, Noel barely exerted any force, and Jason and Kadi were immediately sent crashing to the ground.
"It’s better to be honest. I don’t really like using violence unless necessary," Noel said with a squinted gaze.
Standing to the side with arms crossed, Laxus looked a bit disinterested as he watched the two fall to the ground.
He reached down and picked up the magic bomb, casually flipping it in his hand.
"I thought I could stretch my legs before we reached Anphel, but it turns out you’re just a couple of small fry with some tricks? What a waste of time."
"How did you find us? My concealment magic should have been flawless," Jason asked in disbelief.
