Above the clouds of Tenrou Island, Noel and Lia faced each other from a distance, their six wings spread wide.

"Me?" Lia opened her palm and whispered, "From beginning to end, I've only ever wanted one thing... I want to be with you, forever, always together."
Hearing her words, a chill crept into Noel's chest, as if a sharp blade had been pressed against his heart.
The cold seeped deep into his bones.
