A soft applause rang out, causing Natsu, who had just defeated Zancrow and was still brimming with excitement, as well as Wendy, Carla, and the others, to momentarily freeze.
Their gazes shifted toward the source of the sound.
Standing not far from them was a delicate-looking girl.
She wore a wide-brimmed white hat adorned with dangling red gemstone pendants at each side.
A white cloak, oversized for her petite frame, draped over her shoulders.
Her face, framed by short light blue hair, bore an expressionless calm, and her pale blue eyes showed no hint of emotion.
She stood there quietly, clapping her hands slowly and deliberately, as if utterly detached from the scene before her.
"Impressive. As expected of Natsu Dragneel, the Salamander. You actually managed to defeat one of the Seven Kin of Purgatory, Zancrow. It seems I must slightly adjust my evaluation of you." The blue-haired girl spoke in a gentle voice, yet her tone lacked any real sincerity.
Natsu instinctively moved to shield Wendy behind him, his expression growing serious as he locked eyes with the girl.
"Who are you? Are you another one of those Seven Kin of Purgatory from Grimoire Heart, like Zancrow?"
