The moment Erza escaped from her petrification, she felt the lingering heat on her body.
A dark aura instantly rose on her heroic face, and without any hesitation, she punched Natsu—sending him flying along with Gajeel.
She roared angrily, "What were you trying to do?!!"
"Phew, that's a relief... But why did it work?"
Makarov felt a weight lift off his shoulders upon seeing Erza restored, but at the same time, he was puzzled.
Natsu's reckless method had actually succeeded, even though Evergreen's petrification magic wasn't something so easily undone.
