Looking at the most glaring Magic Circuits on the panel, he understood that his current body was the biggest hindrance.
He only had five Magic Circuits.
According to the standards of normal magi in the Clock Tower,
At least ten or more were needed to be considered normal, and anything below ten was considered to have little hope for a future in magecraft.
But, this wasn't a hard and fast rule.
There were also magi with an average number of Magic Circuits who were still named Grand-rank Magi by the Mage's Association.
