Chapter 30: UNDERWORLD RISING: THE PHINIX LEGACY (PHASE~1)
"Morning." Ethan's voice was low and lazy.
"Morning, dear," Aria replied, an elegantly warm smile playing on her lips.
The air inside the kitchen was warm and filled with freshly brewed coffee. Several rays of soft morning light slipped through the window, casting over a faint golden pattern that covered the corner of the dining table and reflected through the marble floor. Some of the morning rays fell over her face, making her skin shine with a faint glow as she turned toward him.
Aria was wearing a tight, plain T-shirt and short pajama shorts. The fabric of her tight shorts clung to her butt perfectly, exposing her curves right through the surface. She wasn't wearing any bra underneath—one could spot her nipples if they stared long enough.
Rowan sat at the dining table, already dressed for the office, waiting patiently as Aria moved around the kitchen.
"You sleep well, boy?" he asked, noticing the tired look on Ethan's face.
"Yeah, I had enough..." Ethan said, sliding into the chair across from him.
But even though he said that, Rowan could tell from his face that he was lying. He was already worried, but considering kids his age stay up late anyway, he didn't bother asking. And he knew if Ethan was staying up, it was probably for studying.
Aria poured two cups of freshly brewed coffee and placed them in front of them. As she leaned in, her big, ample breasts swayed softly right in front of Ethan. He couldn't help but stare at her braless boobs, shamelessly.
So, what's up with your private tutoring?" Rowan asked, simply sipping on his cup.
"Oh—right. I forgot to ask Ms. Alena yesterday," Ethan answered, as if the thought had just snapped back into his head. The truth was, he'd completely forgotten.
