"Karin, our Uzumaki Clan's Adamantine Sealing Chains (Kongō Fūsa) should be within your abilities, right?" Zixu asked as a dozen golden chain-like projections extended from his back, writhing like a nest of serpents.
The small black snake, which had been influenced by the Silence clone and was developing some mischief, slithered over, coiling itself on Zixu's shoulder while playfully flicking its tail at the golden chains.
"Ah... no, I can't use them," Karin admitted, scratching her head sheepishly. "But I do have the Kagura Mind's Eye (Kagura Shingan), and I've learned the basics of the Mystical Palm Technique (Shōsen Jutsu)."
It wasn't her fault. Kusagakure had only trained her as a pure support ninja. They had no intention of teaching her any offensive techniques—it would've been dangerous for them.

Zixu pulled Karin aside. Hyuga Chinano, who had been practicing the Water Dragon Bullet (Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu), looked over curiously. Since when had Zixu started creating his own jutsu?
Karin obediently listened as Zixu explained the technique.
