If he went berserk and showed up on Morgans' News Island, there wouldn't be a damn thing he could do about it. With the connections Whitebeard had, probably no one could.
Still, Morgans couldn't hide the annoyance in his voice.

"I'm Ryuunosuke, captain of the Dragon Hunter Pirates."
"...The Dragon Hunter Pirates?"
