Chapter 108: Thor Gets NTR’d by His Own Hammer
"Coulson, I suggest you take your men and evacuate the civilians in this town. A big battle is coming," Su Xiu Yu said calmly as they arrived at the small Mexican town.
Coulson frowned, clearly confused. "I thought you were just here to try lifting the hammer. Why evacuate the town?"
Su Xiu Yu glanced at him. "It’s not just about the hammer. This also involves a family feud—Thor and his brother are about to fight over the throne. When that starts, this town’s as good as gone. You understand now?"
Coulson’s face darkened. "And you didn’t think to mention this earlier?"
"I just remembered," Su Xiu Yu replied nonchalantly.
What could Coulson do? With no time to waste, he began the evacuation. Thankfully, the local Mexican government didn’t resist much—they quickly issued an emergency notice. As for those who refused to leave, they were forcibly evacuated. S.H.I.E.L.D. didn’t mess around when it came to this sort of thing.
Everyone in S.H.I.E.L.D. knew they were doing this to save lives. Even if it looked a bit heavy-handed now, people would understand later.
Su Xiu Yu watched as Thor struggled with Mjolnir, tugging on it like he was trying to yank a stubborn carrot out of the ground. The scene was almost comical.
This was probably the first time the "big kid" Thor had run into a problem brute force couldn’t solve.
"Thor, do you understand now why you were banished?" Su Xiu Yu asked.
"I get it. But still, my father could’ve just told me directly. Why all this drama?" Thor grumbled, giving the hammer another frustrated tug.
