Liora was still staring at the upgraded panel, her heartbeat slowly settling after the sudden quake, when a soft ding echoed again in the quiet air.
A new golden notification bloomed in the center of the screen, its edges glowing faintly like starlight, reflecting with gentle rhythm. She does not know whether it was because the system had one in upgrade or because the base had upgraded that the design of this system had drastically changed and it not look like plain interface like before.
