Chapter 2 - 02: Died because of overdrinking
Liora heard continuous ding in her mind back to back. Her eyes widened as she looked around herself and wondered who had spoken.
But she did not find anyone else aside from the disgusting creature in front of her. The creature was the only one capable of making such strange noises.
Grrrraaagh... Mmmmoooan...
The strange creature attacked her again when it noticed she was distracted. Hunger filled its eyes as it smelled the flesh of a human.
It lunged at her with its claws, wanting to tear her apart.
"You filthy thing!" Liora screamed as she stared at the lunging figure. Disgust was evident in her eyes.
She ripped the glass shard from the jagged scrap of metal, feeling the sharp edges dig into her palm as she gripped it tightly. Without hesitation, she lunged forward and drove the shard straight into the creature's glaring eye.
The sound of it piercing through the flesh was sickening, and she twisted the shard viciously, savoring the pain it caused. The creature's screech echoed in her ears, a distorted sound that only fueled her anger.
Eeeeaaahhh! Aaaaarghhh!
A smirk appeared on her face as the zombie screamed in pain. It seems its eyes were the weakest part of its body.
"Bloody hell! How dare you try to eat this princess? I will show you the consequence of attacking a noble princess," Liora declared with a smirk and an air of haughtiness.
