The world shimmered and tore around Cassius as he was transported once again.

The system prompt faded into nothingness, swallowed by the silence.
Cassius opened his eyes, and his boots scraped against jagged black stone tiles. The entire environment had changed—from claustrophobic corridors to a vast coliseum.
A towering arena stretched out around him, carved into the heart of a shadowed canyon. The sky above was not a sky, but a roiling ocean of red and black clouds, flashing occasionally with streaks of silent lightning.
The arena floor was vast, circular, surrounded by spiked obsidian walls that clawed at the heavens like the ribs of some ancient god-beast.
The air was oppressive. Not just hot—burning. The floor beneath his feet pulsed with a faint warmth, like the arena itself was alive, its breath slow and rhythmic, like the slow inhale of a slumbering titan.
