Chapter 191: Lydia, I am home.

Late afternoon.

Office, Theodore Mansion.

Critic Arley, Critic-Ishire.

****************

"Gooseberry I am home!" Theodore announced the second he stepped into the mansion.

Lydia lit up leaving her former position in the library and rushed for her husband charming, with a smile, she ran down the stairs to her dashing husband, as she reached the end of the stairs she stopped, her smile slowly dropping as she watched him, her ocean blue eyes drank him in like a hungry shark to blood,

His presence was majestic and the pull towards him was almost unbearable, she couldn’t fathom how she had managed to be his wife, why he picked her, because as she watched his broad chest rise and fall, his regal attire and posture, he was a sculpture of perfection, his golden locks appear to be in a messy bun completely loose from the tight one she had put them in when he left with the knight this morning yet he carried the mess with his easy elegance, his eyes dropped to her body and she gulped, he looked at her as though she was naked despite being wrapped in layers and layers of clothing.

"Lydia?" he bellowed.

Her insides clenched, and she felt butterflies rush from her chest to her lower belly, they tickled making her draw a deep breath, she wasn’t sad, she wanted to say but she couldn’t because she was so full of emotion that it was stuck in her throat.
