The Throne Is Mine

Chapter 290

If not for the castle shaking, Fraser would have been laughing at Amelia for talking about demons. He truly believed that she was a witch or something close to it. He didn’t know if she had always been one or if something happened to her in the north. The castle shaking was enough evidence for him to have her set on fire once he got rid of her guards.

"Get the princess!" Fraser ordered the Blackwell guards. They were wasting time standing around here while Amelia stood by his throne. "Kill all of her guards."

He would rid the castle of anyone from the north.

Agramon’s laughter as he left the darkness where he previously stood to join Amelia, stopped the Blackwell guards from attacking Amelia. He was always amused by how bold humans could be. Easily dismissing the existence of demons when they were in this world longer than humans.

The throne room reeked of fear. Not from Amelia as usual, but from the king and all the guards behind him that were scared of Amelia’s words. They worried that she was telling the truth about demons.

The castle became still, meaning that the gates were now opened, and demons were coming out of the underworld to have their fun. The world would be just as Agramon liked it. Full of fear.

Agramond stood at the bottom of the throne to get a good look at the so-called king. Amelia’s attitude pissed him off, but the sight of this king really got on his nerves. The king was too small, not so smart, looked like he had never held a sword, and was the first one to cower when Agramon stood in front of them.

He could only wonder how the hell did the Blackwells pick him to be king? If they had been smart and picked the princess, he wouldn’t have had to deal with Killian finding a queen and looking to carry on his line.

"Attack the princess-"
