Chapter 241
Killian brought them back to their bedroom and sat on the bed. "Are you alright? I’ve wanted him gone since I met you and now that he is finally leaving, you have me wanting to find some way to make him stay."
"I am fine. I am just wrapping my mind around the fact he will not be here tomorrow. I wish Cyrus had informed me earlier, but I was out of the castle for a day. I will get used to it soon. I have to since I cannot make him stay and you must not do anything to try to make him stay. Cyrus and Gina have their lives to live at some point. I can’t keep them chasing after my dreams. I am going back to bed for a little more rest before dinner," Amelia said, getting out of Killian’s arms to crawl onto the bed.
"It does not seem like you are fine as you are appearing to be. I’ve heard human women are complicated and now I see why," said Killian.
Amelia smiled as Killian always amused her without trying. "I promise you that I am fine, Killian. I just want to rest a bit more. My body is sore thanks to you," she softly spoke. The last thing she needed right now was to feed his ego.
"Then didn’t you say so earlier? I would have waited till you were better to show you the mirror. Would you like a massage? I am free to help get rid of pain anywhere you are feeling sore," Killian cheekily smiled as he followed Amelia onto the bed to lay with her.
"If I let you touch me, I will end up with my body even more sore than it already is right now. Just lay beside me, Killian. And keep your hands to yourself," Amelia quickly added when Killian reached out to touch her. He had a way with his words and touch to convince her to be intimate with him again.
"We must acknowledge the fact that you do not want me to touch you because you cannot control yourself. You can always have your way with me," Killian said, still taking up her hand and placing it on his chest.
"It sounds like I would be taking advantage of you. Please don’t ever let anyone hear you say that. I am truly sore, Killian. It is my back," Amelia reached behind her.
