Chapter 141
"I find it to be fascinating how your people can change colors. It is more fascinating that I am the one making you change colors. Since you are so bold to throw a shoe-"
"Enough about the shoe," Amelia rolled her eyes. She could imagine years from now Killian would be telling their child or children how she threw a shoe at him upon their first meeting.
Killian ignored the annoyance about the shoe and replied, "I’d like to know how much you enjoyed our kisses. For research purposes of course. I need to know what you like or don’t like to adjust to your liking."
"Granted that I don’t have experience kissing other men to judge our kisses, I will say that I enjoy them and there is nothing to change. However, if there is something else you can do to make it more exciting I won’t stop you. I should be the one asking if you enjoy it. Before we left, I received a lecture that it is my duty to please you. Not that I like it but it is what it is so," Amelia looked elsewhere to hide her embarrassment. "If there is anything I have to do please tell me in advance."
Killian stopped walking as he quickly caught on to what Amelia was getting at. "Did old hag tell you to forget about what you would feel and do as I want? Let me guess. It’s the same foolish tale that things will be harder for you if you do not obey?"
Amelia nodded her head. She didn’t expect much from Killian when it came to intimacy. Kissing was one thing but she heard countless stories of what happened to some women during their nights with their husbands thanks to the gossip from castle maids. It was one of the reasons why she was not a fan of marriage. She was not a doll for any man to use to his liking and she would be quiet.
Amelia was trying to be open-minded with Killian by getting an idea of what he expected so she could prepare herself and there would be no need for any of the things she heard to happen to her.
"For fuck’s sake, they were preparing you to get taken advantage of. Who is the real demon here?" Killian angrily spoke, finding humans to be backward. "Princess, I hope never intended to do as they recommended. I would like to think your stubborn side would come out here."
"I honestly don’t know. All that matters is making an heir-"
