Chapter 115
Amelia took the initiative to tiptoe up to Killian and placed her hand on the back of his neck to help bring him down towards her. There was a lump in her throat as she anticipated what it would be like to kiss him.
With eyes always on her and not being able to date anyone, Amelia had never kissed a man before. She felt like the kiss she received in her youth after a friend had admitted to liking her did not matter. They were innocent and hardly had an idea of what a kiss meant.
Soon she felt the warmth of his lips against her own. She had to angle her head in a weird way because of how they were standing. In retrospect, it would have been better for her to turn around but her feet were frozen from having her first kiss.
Amelia followed Killian’s movement against her lips as was certain to have plenty of experience. Her eyes widened when she felt his tongue slip inside her mouth. "Hey!" She pulled away for a moment. "At least give me a warning for when you’ll shove-Hmph!"
Killian snaked his hand around her waist and kept his hand under her chin to keep her staring up at him so he could kiss her. She was proving to be more intriguing than he predicted she would be. It had been a long time since he had been with a woman and he found the interactions to be boring but the princess before him stirred something inside of him.
Once again, he used his tongue and tasted every inch of her mouth. Killian could tell that she was inexperienced but that did not matter. All it took with a little practice.
"Killian," Amelia huffed, tired from straining her neck up. "This position hurts."
"Turn around," he told her and used the hand on her waist to help turn her body around. Killian took things an extra mile by hoisting her up in his arms so neither of them needed to bend down or tiptoe.
Amelia was shunned both by him suddenly lifting her up and the fact he had done it with ease. "Killian, my dress has riled up and we are out in the open. I don’t want anyone to see me like this. It is I who will face ridicule. I only meant to give you a simple kiss to see what it is like."
