Chapter 1445: Ian Shelby Visits the Morgan Family
Finn Morgan recounted everything about Vera Ford and Ian Shelby to his parents.
He also detailed the entire event, including Vera’s attempt to harm Janelle Mills, fortunately witnessed by Trevor, who fearlessly jumped into the river to rescue her.

Finn Morgan appeared calm, but sadness was spreading within him, "Dr. Shelby stayed at the riverbank for a day and night without drinking a drop of water. He feels very guilty. His pain is no less than any of ours."
"You went to the ancient town?" Everett Morgan fixed his gaze on his son, anger simmering within him.
"After receiving his notification, I went with CEO Kingston and President Lane," Finn informed his father, "We also brought a professional salvage team, and they’re still searching."

"How do I explain this to your uncle?!" Everett was stopped by his son, his hands clenched, gritting his teeth in anger, "It was Ian Shelby who lost Jocelyn! Shouldn’t he give me an explanation?!"
"He can give an explanation but can’t bring Jocelyn back," Finn accepted the reality, although he was also deeply in pain.
