Converting a powerhouse at the Heaven Gaze Realm meant a great deal to Liu Wuxie. It proved that he finally had someone he could command within the Spirit Martial Astral Domain.
"Master, what are your orders?" Zhen Yiming respectfully waited for Liu Wuxie's instructions.
"A batch of counterfeit Soul Pills has appeared in the Spirit Martial Astral Domain, and your task is to investigate the source," Liu Wuxie replied. He still had to head to the Spirit Clan, so he had no time to investigate it personally.
The Skyward Gate had also been digging into the matter, yet they had made little progress. The mastermind stayed too discreet, as if they knew everything about the Skyward Gate inside and out, slipping past every watchful eye.
If Zhen Yiming joined the investigation, he could deliver a surprise. After all, who would ever suspect a powerhouse at the Heaven Gaze Realm?
"Understood!" Zhen Yiming said with a nod, then vanished from where he stood.
Silence settled back over the area. Two of the three Heaven Gaze Realm powerhouses lay dead, and Liu Wuxie had converted the last one into a devotee. As for the other Earth Immortal Realm experts present, every last one of them had died.
Liu Wuxie released Achiel, who had witnessed the earlier fight. Shock still flickered in his gaze, along with a deep respect for Liu Wuxie.
"Feathered Emperor, your soul techniques are too powerful! There won't be many who can surpass you in the entire Spirit Martial Astral Domain," Achiel said. He wasn't flattering Liu Wuxie. It was true that only a handful of people in the Spirit Martial Astral Domain could kill two powerhouses at the Heaven Gaze Realm at the same time.
"Let's not waste time and continue," Liu Wuxie said. He offered no further explanation because the Nether Deity Harvest still held tremendous room for growth.
Ever since he had refined the Sacred Soul Flower, the Soul Forge Art had undergone a drastic transformation as well. The Soul Spear could now split into two, and that change shocked Liu Wuxie because it meant his soul attacks could strike two targets at once.
More patterns had surfaced on the Soul Shield, and they seemed to be soul runes. Yet those soul runes differed from the Loulan Race's runes, and as for Soul Fire, its growth had turned even more terrifying, like a fireball that shot out and ignited even space itself.
