Leonia snapped, clearly annoyed. She resented her father for not keeping up with her train of thought.

Only then did Ferio finally let out a small chuckle and give the answer she’d been waiting for.

Leonia clambered up onto Ferio’s lap on all fours.

But she acted as though a watch were there.
