At the end of the year, when the magic academy was on winter break, an elderly man was facing a girl in the temple of the Holy Church in the royal capital.
The man’s name was Hiram. He was visiting from Fandora, where the main temple of the Holy Church is located, to identify the [Saint] who had been admitted to the temple of the Kingdom of Cleydale.
The girl, introduced to him by the head of the temple and his grandson, is Baroness Alicia Melrose. She is said to be 13 years old, but for a noblewoman who grows by magic, she looks very young, only about 14 or 15 years old.

There have been quite a few Saint certifications in the past.
Each country’s temple is contacted several times a year by the main shrine to confirm that the saints they recognize are the real ones. Each time, someone with the title of priest like Hiram would go to confirm it, but most of them were noble daughters who could only use light magic to some extent, and the name Saint was used to foil the daughters.
However, most of them are recognized as [Saint] by the main shrine. From the current value system, the political reason to give peace to the people and the huge donation paid to the main shrine are more useful than the real Saint who fights off the Evil Race.
In the 30 years that Hiram has been a member of the Orthodox Church, he has never met a true Saint.
