Jess too greeted Rozes Llewellyn.

She was the cousin of the current patriarch of the Llewellyn family and also the one who serves as a Royal wizard.
“Abad, Chelsi, and Celia, three great talents will be enrolling at Lumeln at the same time. Hahaha! As a member of the same empire, I can’t help but be proud!”
Abad, the son of the family head, just turned sixteen. Chelsi was only fourteen.
From the Empire's perspective, the fact that three great talents representing the country entered the same year was considered a good thing.
