Li Chenmo shook his head and replied, "I asked the doctor, and he told me that it’s a safe procedure and only counted as a small surgery. I only need to avoid doing heavy work for a week and can recover fully soon after the surgery."
Noticing his wife’s reddened eyes, he reached out to caress her cheek and said, "Wife, don’t worry, it’s just a small surgery. Be good, don’t cry."
Although Lu Jueyu understood that five children were more than enough for them and the surgery was a small procedure with very low risk, she still didn’t want her husband to go through it. The pain of the flesh being cut was not light.
"Husband, how about we delay the procedure and ask Doctor Xie first? I heard that he has a concoction that could prevent pregnancy. This concoction is taken once every year and won’t harm your health," Lu Jueyu suggested.

Li Chenmo nodded and carried the baby out of the crib with an awkward movement. At first, he thought that he would be jealous toward his children.
But now that he finally saw them, his heart softened and was filled with warmth. Not to mention being jealous, he couldn’t wait to give everything to them.
