Mr. Xu came back and Mrs. Xu looked at him curiously, "How did it go, have you settled the matter of road construction?"
Mr. Xu frowned, "No one has money, and they’re unwilling to pay. How can we negotiate? Everyone’s acting like bandits, demanding that those of us in business should pay whenever road construction is mentioned."
Upon hearing this, Mrs. Xu immediately disapproved and suspiciously asked Mr. Xu, "Wasn’t Director Sun with you? Do those people not listen to him?"
