The evil organization that seized Baphomet Corporation immediately bound the top executives, employees, and demon worshippers of the company, confiscating documents as if they were the prosecutors and police.
If it had been the original Baphomet Corporation, they would have retaliated using the power gained from devoting their souls to the devil. However, for some reason, they couldn’t even muster any resistance, let alone rebellion. Instead, they displayed responses that seemed a bit off-kilter.
“What’s going on? These guys call themselves demon worshippers, and yet they’re behaving like sickly patients?”
“A.D. said he would do something. Could it be because of that?”
“Wasn’t it just a joke? You’re telling me he incapacitated those guys from this far away…?”
As the executives marveled at Eight’s accomplishments, the heroes and police responsible for City B started to make their entrance belatedly.
Confronting the villain organization’s corporate raid, they wore smiles as if they were fish that had found water and unleashed their powers.
“That’s enough! You villain bastards!”
“Anyone moving is a villain! Anyone not moving is a trained villain!”
