Chapter 31
Galm is a man’s man.
Whether his comrades have been kidnapped, tortured, transformed into monsters, and just recently reverted back to human form, or if he has had to rip apart an old associate with his own hands, he doesn’t let it weigh him down too much.
He’s an executive of an evil organization, and so he did what he had to do.
In other words, he revealed himself like a true villain and turned the city upside down. As usual, there was an advance notice from corporate-level, and the citizens headed to the shelters as they were warned beforehand.
Some citizens, familiar with such incidents, even threw a few jokes Galm’s way.
“Ah—Mr. Villain! My car is pretty old, can you smash it for me? I want a new one…”
“Hmm. Sure thing. Just don’t go posting on social media that I did it later, okay?”
“That’s obvious! Thanks a bunch!”
Not really villainous but more like a politician, Galm chuckled with the citizens as he sensed a momentum approaching from afar, giving a sly smile.
