If you were ever wondering which of my stories was the hardest to write, I think that honor goes to Infinite Farmer. It was a very weird story-telling format in which the vast majority of the story took place in one very long dungeon environment. It worked out, but the writing work was hellish for a while.

At the same time, it was totally worth it. This was probably quietly the most popular of the books I wrote. People liked it a lot! They liked it enough that Podium Publishing picked it up, and are now releasing volume 1 on Amazon. Now, there’s pages and pages of potential explanation about how book launches go, but the very short version is that every review, rating, and view on this novel does far more than you’d think to help it succeed, especially in the first few days. A bunch of engagement right at first makes things go well; missing that critical window means a longer, harder slog to success.
