Chapter 523: Time for the Break to End.
Not long after meeting Sulley, Nikolai got a call from his father.
The icy wind blew past, sending a chill through his body. He scrunched his nose, which became red from the constant snowfall, while fastening his black trench coat and tying a red scarf.
‘I feel at ease carrying this now…’

He tapped the hidden holster fastened to his chest with leather straps.
Thanks to Leona’s lessons, he could maintain his custom Desert Eagle fully. But he only carried two magazines of the regular silver .44 bullets.
“Master!”
“Greetings, Lord.”
Nikolai lifted his gaze to the maids, greeting them excitedly. A complete change in how they treated him compared to the past. All because he’d shown his power and abilities, which gained the trust of each group of combat maids. “Good afternoon, girls. Keep up the hard work.” His voice settled to a deep, husky tone as he matured.
‘I remember when I used to change my voice, haha… embarrassing.’
The two maids bowed to him, their boots shifting in the gravel as they skipped away. “I wonder if Leona has suggested my plans yet…”
Nikolai swiped his phone, checking the messages, but most were from the night before and spam calls from Selene and the girls. “Let’s head to meet them first. Dad will understand.”
With a sudden pivot, he changed direction and headed to the eastern mansion, where the new rooms were suitable for both his wives and children.

The eastern mansion was created in secret by his father. Nikolai lifted his head, amazed at the beauty of the area. A massive garden filled with countless different colours and flowers, and artificial blue and black rose bushes. ‘Kumiko seems to enjoy tending to this with the maids…’
“There’s too much stuff to do…” Nikolai mumbled as he followed the long, well-maintained road with marble slabs on either side and a smooth path. The mansion had at least twenty rooms, with a full kitchen, medical and emergency sections. “I can sense fifteen maids armed with MP5s.”
Security, Hygiene and Comfort beyond a five-star hotel.
‘Oh, Is that Risa?’
He looked up to the second floor, where a cute black-haired cat-girl was dancing in front of the mirror. “Is that safe, when pregnant?” However, not long after, she stopped with two maids who helped her stabilise and showed her another movement.
“Well she looks happy anyway.”
Nikolai didn’t have any problems entering the mansion. Well, he completed an iris, fingerprint and full body scan, and he stepped into the main hallway. “Oh?”
“You look amazing, husband. Let me help you with your coat.”
“Me too!”
Leona and Amphitrite both wore maid outfits with short skirts and greeted him at the door, with wolfish grins on their faces. He spread his arms as the wolf and mermaid began to slip his clothes off with skilled and trained hands.
“Have you both been well? Nothing happened during the attack, right?”
The two women handed his coat and scarf to the normal maids, who bowed silently, before they vanished like ninjas. ‘I’m sure one of them was Emiko…’ Nikolai swore that Kumiko’s clones followed him. And more often than not, he’d see them everywhere, mixed in with maids, staff or random people.
Amphitrite hugged his right, slipping her soft fingers between his. “I’ve just missed you so much, the girls have been great. But without you it’s so lonely.”
“Foxy, bitch.” Leona muttered before taking Nikolai’s left hand. “I’m fine, since you’re always close if I need you.”
He hugged each girl tighter, the slightly proud maid and his flirty and cute mermaid. Since becoming pregnant, the atmosphere of Amphitrite became more appealing to him, but Leona started showing her feelings more.
“Nikolai?”
“Hm?”
The voice came from the top of the curved stairs.
Nikolai shifted his gaze from Amphitrite’s cleavage and took a deep breath. “Selene?” The vampire princess stood with an elegant posture. Her dark, silky, blue dress sparkled under the ambient light and revealed her swollen abdomen. “You look beautiful.”
“Heh.”
Selene’s lips curled into a confident grin as she stepped down to meet him while holding the handrail. With slow and measured steps, she arrived at the bottom while hugging her shoulders.
“Do I look good?”
Amphitrite pinched his right arm hard, causing a dull ache. Meanwhile, Leona unexpectedly stepped aside and offered her side to Selene. ‘That’s completely different to how she treated Amphitrite.’ It amused Nikolai and made him want to see how the girls would react to each other.
“Come here, Selene.”
“Mm!”
She wasn’t icy or sharp like in the past. The moment Nikolai called her, she rushed into his arms and gripped him around his neck tightly. “I missed you so… so much. Nikita, beat me to it and I was so jealous.”
“Such an honest Selene makes me want to eat you up.”
“Nn… not yet, I can’t.” She turned away, peeking from the corner of her eyes while leaning on his shoulder. “Pervert.”
“Don’t hog him!”
Nikolai shook his head while stroking the backs of Selene and Amphitrite, then shifted his gaze to Leona. “I’m a little busy today, so shall we have a small meeting and meal together before I go see my father?”
“Really?” Leona’s eyes shone as her ginger tail swayed rapidly.
“Of course.”
“I’ll come, I fancy eating something salty and sour.”
“You keep eating seafood… isn’t that dangerous during pregnancy, Amphi?” Selene asked with a curious tone.
“Heh, I am a mermaid. Do you think we’d get sick or have the same issues as mammals?!”
“Yes yes, come on then let’s get the others.” Nikolai guided both women towards the stairs, his eyes scanning for the suspicious maid. “Emiko, make sure you’re there too.” He called out to the maid with glasses and slightly darker hair than the other clones.
As the four of them headed to the meeting room, Leona looked back with a strange expression before she spoke. “Nikolai, how do you manage to find her so easily?”
“Find who?”
“Kumiko and her clones…”
“Yeah, it’s really confusing. She seems to be getting even better these days. Sometimes I’ll spend hours speaking to her and only notice when she tells me!” Amphitrite complained, once the drinking companion of the kitsune.
“Really, is it that hard?” He looked between the faces of everyone, then back to Emiko, who adjusted her glasses with one hand and blushed.
“My dear master… you’re the only one who can tell. It’s troubling…”
“Haha, sometimes I pretend not to. It was nice to see one of you working the desk in Londis.”
“!!!!”
The cute fox vanished in a puff of pink smoke, her tails now at least four… ‘Her clones usually only had one tail… have they started evolving?’ He’d noticed the changes in his women over time because of his blood and bodily fluids.
“I’m jealous of Kumiko and Emiko. Darling seems to treat them specially.”
“Don’t be jealous, Leona. You know he adores you just as much, look at those ears and tail.”
Selene tried to help balance both Amphitrite and Leona to avoid arguments, but smiled when Amphitrite would complain or pester him for attention.
‘Anya gained the power of Elemental fusion, which she gave to me…’
‘Selene and Lunaria gained additional elements… what did Risa and Nikita gain?’
He’d meet with his Aunt and Sasha later on, since they planned to give a small amount of his blood to all Volkov warriors and maids. The people prioritised would be those like Leona who carried low levels of monster bloodlines.
‘Thankfully I’ve gained control of how much I want to give and what my blood does when giving it to others… was it thanks to the revival?’
“Nikolai you look so serious!” Amphitrite cupped his cheeks and squished them, while Leona and Selene nodded.
“We’re already here, so… stop brooding and enjoy the time together!”

Inside the large room was a huge table with food, fruit juices and various nourishing dishes for his pregnant wives and heart dishes for Nikolai himself. To the left of the room was a massive television taking up the entire wall, with three two-seat sofas and a huge L-shaped sofa near the window.
‘There are cushions, blankets and clothes from each of my wives in here…’
“Ta Da! Do you like what we did? This is our adult relaxation room, with fun things to do.” Amphitrite pointed to the game consoles, the karaoke machine and other expensive features of the room, like a refrigerator built into the wall.
“It’s quite amazing.”
‘The budget for this room… I wonder how much it cost? Sarah will kill me…’
“Not then, stop bothering our husband and let him sit!” Leona pulled Nikolai free and pushed him onto the largest sofa, and scurried over to the table and filled a plate with various foods and snacks.
When she came back, the cute maid winked at him.
‘Those are all my favourites.’
“Thanks.”
“Tsk, this dog is earning points sneakily!” A certain mermaid complained while sitting at the table, eating one snack after the other.
Everyone started to settle as Selene put on a long movie, one of Nikolai’s favourites.

Suddenly, the door opened.
“Darling, I’m here!” Risa rushed into the room, beside Kumiko in her elegant kimono and faint smile, while Lunaria calmly followed the pair, wearing a black kimono.
It was at this moment that Nikolai finally felt a sense of peace… his wives were safe, his children born, and his mother revived.
‘Now… we need to save grandfather!’
