Li Pin turned to Regalheaven. "What is it? Did you discover something?"
Regalheaven nodded. "I've heard of that term before."
He repeated the word under his breath. "Eternal... Eternal..."
There was something oddly familiar about it, like someone had once discussed it with him in great detail. Yet at the same time, it felt distant, so far removed from him that it shouldn't have had anything to do with him at all.
It felt like a piece of knowledge had been forcibly stripped from him, and now a faint shadow of it was beginning to resurface. The feeling was deeply unsettling.
The more he tried to grasp it, the more it slipped away, impossible to hold onto or make sense of.
Just then, Supreme Ordainment spoke up. "If it's about the Eternal... I've heard something similar before. I don't know if it was just a coincidence, or if it really pointed to some kind of extraordinary existence."
Regalheaven and Li Pin turned to him.
"Who?"
"Supreme Black White," Ordainment answered solemnly.
"Supreme Black White?"
The moment the name was mentioned, both Genesis and Primordial were visibly shaken.
