Chapter 789: The Big Picture
The Supreme Council was the highest governing body of the Human Race. All decisions that determined the fate of many human civilizations were personally made by the Supremes in this council.
The Ten Thousand Tribes Dominion War was tied to the fortune of the entire Human Race. This time, it would also determine the location for the implementation of the Three Calamities and Nine Tribulations proposal, jointly decided by the Nine Sovereign Races. This would draw unprecedented attention from the Supreme Council to what was normally just a tournament to nurture Supreme seeds.

Unlike Astral God's avatars, Supreme Avatars retained a portion of their true power and were far more powerful than the Astral God's avatars. They were also operated with peak efficiency.
The three avatars could easily handle every matter reported to the Supreme Council, regardless of magnitude.
"The Sky Clan's Heavenly Emperor Ying Lin allegedly infiltrated the borders from Battlefield No. 136 in the north. Why would something like this be escalated to us? Can't the Myriad Astral God Hall deal with it themselves?"
"They are probably lacking manpower. I have some impression of Heavenly Emperor Ying Lin, who is from an alien race. He should be close to becoming a Divine Emperor. Is this a request for reinforcements?"
