Li Pin created his avatars one by one. He stopped when he felt a mental burden. By then, he had created eighty-eight avatars.

Although the avatars shared his main body's profound abilities and could rapidly "restore" their cultivation, they were still mortal bodies at first and needed time to adapt.
Due to the world's suppression and the divided attention from multitasking, their restoration speed was slower than expected.
By the time Li Pin's main body reached the God King Realm, fewer than half of the eighty-eight avatars had even reached the Myth Realm. After much effort, all eighty-eight were finally at the Myth Realm, but Li Pin felt a noticeable resistance.
This resistance wasn't related to cultivation but rather interference at the level of the rules. It made the situation clear to him.
"Thanks to my Clairvoyance talent, I managed to reach the God King Realm in just over a year and created eighty-eight avatars before that. But it still took me six months to fully ascend from the Myth Realm to the God King Realm. By now, all God King slots must have already been filled."
The slots being filled didn't mean further breakthroughs were impossible, but it made the process exponentially harder.
Every breakthrough was typically made by high-tier Legends with sharp minds, powerful inner spirit, and exceptional perception, often using unconventional methods. Training the conventional way was nearly impossible.
