Chapter 444: Making Things Real
Abel felt like a man starved as he kissed her hungrily but gently. He wanted to savor every inch of her lips, and he could taste the mixture of the cheese and meat she just ate as he did his best to explore more of her mouth. Dani, like before, was unknowingly reciprocating his kiss, but it was obvious that she still didn’t know how.
Her innocence didn’t help the burning desire inside of him to subside at all. Instead, it only fueled his flames. He feverishly suckled on her lips before once again diving deep into her mouth and seeking her sweet tongue. He was so hard that he was dying to take things further, but he knew he shouldn’t do so now. Gathering his utmost strength to regain his control, Abel eventually managed to break the kiss and gently pull away from her.
He clicked his tongue in a slightly disapproving manner. "Tsk, I should really teach you how to reciprocate a kiss, Dani. But let’s save that lesson later for a more appropriate place and time. The next time, I might end up doing more than just kissing," Abel muttered with a hoarse breath.
The situation relatively diffused, he then urged Dani to eat some more as he tried to open a more productive conversation like the coming birthday of the Queen just so while calming himself and his crotch.
"Right, we want to give her a surprise," Dani voiced out. "Honestly, I’m a bit disappointed that the king isn’t coordinating with us on this matter."
"I’m sure he’s doing things from the sidelines," Abel chuckled. "He probably tasked his Scion for it and will maybe call for you and all her friends soon to give you tasks for it."
"Why? Did the King already ask you about the Queen’s coming birthday?" Dani questioned.
"Well, not yet. I have a feeling that King Nikolai will handle it alone. I mean, he might want to become a hands-on husband for it and not involve anyone," he casually replied. "It’s obvious how much he adores and loves his wife, so I’m pretty sure he’s cooking something for her coming birthday. So you should just wait for it."
"I just hope you’re right," Dani remarked before finishing off her milk.
