Qin Jun shook his head with a smile and slowly stood up, turning to gaze upon the Holy City under the night sky, resplendent like a dream with its brilliant lights.
"I am impeccable when it comes to the realm and the people; anyone who joins the Heavenly Court of Great Qin would not leave because of the life they find here."
