For example: Isshiki from Parallel World 1 was dead, and Lux needed a "new Pokémon" that could be used. Of course, this needed to be recharged.

By targeting another living Isshiki, of course!
Lux estimated that Isshiki from Parallel World 4—the one who previously fought Minato and Hashirama—was now most likely hiding in his personal dimension.
Normally, Lux couldn't easily find the location of Isshiki's dimension.
But, this world's Isshiki had been captured by him before, and Lux's tracking mark was still attached to him.
Previously, Lux was able to enter Isshiki's dimension from Parallel World 1 because he was brought in by Isshiki from Parallel World 4.
