As Lux and Orochimaru were talking, another figure quickly entered the hall.

Around the hall, Orochimaru had set up seals, so only insiders could enter.

"Itachi, you're here!"

Seeing Itachi arrive, Orochimaru immediately smiled cheerfully.

"Can't you do your experiments somewhere else? This place reeks of blood..."

Itachi frowned slightly, still not fond of Orochimaru's habits and methods.

"The entire daimyo's palace doesn't have a proper biology lab; so I borrowed this place, no difference."

Itachi shook his head and sighed, then looked at Lux beside him and greeted respectfully:

"Hello, Sir!"

"Why are you here too?"

Lux became interested, not expecting Orochimaru to bring Itachi to the daimyo's palace.
