Black Zetsu's eerie face was filled with excitement, as if he could already see his plan to resurrect his mother nearing completion. His eyes gleamed with uncontrollable impatience and fanaticism.
"Let's begin."
Madara's voice was deep, carrying an undeniable authority.
With that, he slowly released Susanoo, and the massive blue giant faded like a phantom. His body descended steadily until he landed beside Nagato, who lay dying on the ocean's surface.
Nagato knew exactly what fate awaited him.
But his body no longer felt like his own—it refused to obey his will. Every part of him was wracked with unbearable pain, waves of agony crashing over him, drowning his mind. His consciousness blurred.
He could only glare at Madara with eyes filled with unwillingness and despair, yet he was powerless to resist.
That overwhelming sense of helplessness weighed on him like a mountain, pressing down on his chest. It was far worse than the physical pain, crushing his spirit little by little.
