Chapter 336: You Can Make a Request
When the meal was over, no one left. Even Minato stayed behind instead of going to keep Kushina company.
The servants cleared the leftovers, wiped down the table, and served fruit and drinks.
"Minato, are you going to stay in the Anbu or come out?" Tsunade broke the silence, deliberately avoiding the previous topic.
"I'll do whatever you say," Minato replied. Team Maple had been disbanded, and he wasn't particularly interested in forming a new team. However, there was still Nawaki, and he didn't want to be separated from him. So, he left the decision in Tsunade's hands.
"Hmm..." Tsunade thought for a moment. "How about this? I'll transfer you and Nawaki out. You've been in the Anbu long enough."
The decision seemed natural. Nawaki and Minato couldn't remain in the Anbu forever, and with the departure of the three, it was the perfect opportunity to make the change.
"Okay, whatever you say," Minato agreed with a nod.
"From now on, Senior Brother Minato will have more time to spend with his loved one," Konan teased, smiling playfully at him.
"You're right about everything," Minato laughed, taking her jest in stride. Everyone at the table knew about his relationship with Kushina, so the teasing didn't faze him.
"Hey, Sensei~" Konan suddenly piped up, curiosity flashing in her eyes.
"What is it?" Kawakaze asked, picking up his teacup and taking a sip.
