With a flick of its massive tail, the colossal Serpent Goddess, Leviathan, sent a blur of afterimages crashing towards Rama.
Boom!
Rama caught the tail, his arms wrapped around its immense girth. He heaved, attempting to lift the monstrous serpent for an over-the-shoulder throw.
In a flash, the serpent's form began to shrink, as if reverting to human form. But just as quickly, it expanded again, the enormous serpentine body of the Heretic God, Leviathan, reforming.
Anshera, in this fleeting shift, had recoiled her tail, dodging Rama's attack.
As Leviathan's form solidified, catching Rama off guard, the massive coils constricted around his comparatively small body. Anshera, in her serpentine form, opened her jaws, unleashing a torrent of emerald-green venomous flames onto the ensnared Rama.
A sizzling sound filled the air as the venomous flames corroded Leviathan's scales and Rama's armor. Anshera, seemingly unconcerned about the damage to her own body, continued to spew the corrosive flames, clearly intent on a mutual destruction.
"Guh... Aaargh!" Rama groaned in agony as the venomous flames washed over him.
Leviathan's massive serpentine eyes narrowed in pain, but her gaze held an unyielding madness. Rama, trapped and burning, was pushed to the brink of death by the desperate Heretic God.
