Lucy’s body fell to the floor before she could get an answer about what had been done to her.
Assistant Xu walked over to her and used his foot to nudge her leg. "She is unconscious," he declared.
Jingzhe was curious, "What did you put in her coffee?"
Assistant Xu laughed. "Just something small to shut her up because she was so annoying and stupid. How dare a woman like this wish to be Empress of our empire! Is she stupid? Heaven just helped us get rid of one bad one and here comes another idiot that wishes to gives us a bad reputation." He raised his hand as if he planned to slap her but brought it down halfway. "Lets send her to space. She can be Empress of the alien bugs."
Jingzhe laughed. He could not recall the last time he had seen his assistant so passionate about something. It seemed like Lucy’s ambitions had tickled him in the wrong way.
Assistant Xu looked at Jingzhe seriously and said, "Boss, I am not joking. We have a space ship taking miners to outer space in three hours. They will be gone for a year. That is enough time for you to confess to your wife that you are the CEO of Blue Galactic and earn her forgiveness for stealing business out from under her nose. By the time this Lucy returns, the two of you will be solid and no kind of provocation will tear you apart."
Jingzhe saw merit in his suggestion but he thought that there were still quite a number of loose ends. Like his aunt, Lucy’s mother.
"I will get the paperwork and get her thumb print." Assistant Xu said with determination. "We will contact her mother and give her the same amount offered to all family members of those that work in our mining department, fifteen million yuan. When Lucy returns after a year, we give them twenty million.
