"It was named the Meilin list." Her father whispered to her.
Mei Mei gasped. She could not believe that audacity of the nobles to name this new tradition after her. "Who came up with this?"
"That would be your uncle Chi Wei." Muyang reported with an evil smile because he knew Mei Mei would take revenge on his brother-in-law.
Chi Lian rolled her eyes and punched her husband on the arm just enough to make him wince but not hard enough to cause him devastating pain. "All this just because you lost some money to him in mahjong!!! Move on Muyang."
