Chapter 47: There is more than one Mo to punish
"Thank you agent Ji." Mo Liang was quick to smile at the agent that had just saved him from humiliation.
Ji Wanian was not too pleased with himself at the moment and he did not return Mo Liang’s smile. "Mr. Mo, the Emperor would prefer it if you stopped created trouble left and right. Cleaning up after you is becoming more expensive than building a space ship at this point. Did you even see the peepstar’s post today? You were told to stay away from Tang Yue and yet you still went to her apartment and spent the night there."
Mo Liang winced.
"Half a year is how long you have been told to keep a clean image. You were not supposed to serve Miss Jun Meilin divorce papers or humiliate her at the airport. You were not supposed to take Tang Yue to your home or introduce Mo Hao to Miss Meilin. Because you jumped the gun, things are now out of control. You are supposed to be apologizing and begging her not to blast your private family affairs everywhere not.....this." Ji Wanian could not describe what Mo Liang was doing.
They had cameras in this office and they had all overheard Mo Liang telling Mei Mei to remove Mingzhu from the Chi Chi school and give the spot to Mo Hao. It was rather arrogant of Mo Liang to think that the child born out of his extramarital affair could be welcomed to The Chi Chi school.
"I only stepped in here because you were both in public and the emperor doesn’t want your marital troubles to overwhelm the success of the space mission. In the privacy of your home, I will not intervene. I would be careful if I were you." Ji Waning looked at the time on his watch. "You have an interview in twenty minutes, we need to move."
"He can’t leave the company is experiencing a crisis and....." Mo Ai started to say but she was stopped by Mo Liang.
"Handle what you can, I will see about the rest later." Mo Liang picked up his jacket and left the company with the agents. His thinking was simple, the company could wait but his fame could not. Besides, the more famous he was, the more business he could drum up for the company.
Mo Ai would beg to disagree, the company had debts and salaries to pay. So far, Mo Liang’s fame was not bringing in any new income and all his money from the space expedition had gone into his pockets.
