Chapter 33: Battle Showdown
Ma Feng could be seen sitting on a tree branch while it rained heavily. The wind blew fiercely as thunder clapped tremendously, causing Ma Feng to feel the sensation of the force as he smiled brightly.
"I still have to explore the second island, so I will be brief. I am done with the physical training, so it's time to face that Mister Guardian," Ma Feng said with a smile as he climbed down from the tree.
He stood on the wet ground as the rain poured heavily, and Ma Feng sniffed the air.
"There, I've got you now," Ma Feng said as he supersped, moving at an intense speed that caused the ground to shake from his force. Ma Feng sprinted heavily while passing through different angles.
He was seen running while the heavy rain fell, and the animals of the island scattered due to Ma Feng's force. Ma Feng leapt high, then landed on the ground, staring at the barrier placed before him.
"A barrier? He was smart enough to create a barrier against me, but that won't stop me. This may be the best time to test out my artifact," Ma Feng said, caressing his chin as he stared at the purple barrier.
"Come to me... artifact!" Ma Feng commanded.
He stretched forth his hand as the mark on his neck glowed, and his artifact appeared in his hand—the Wazumaki II model. Ma Feng could feel the powerful sensation from his artifact as he smirked.
"Let's see how powerful this barrier is to stand against my artifact," Ma Feng said as he unsheathed the sword from the scabbard on his hand. The air became intense as Ma Feng supersped.
He jumped high and appeared in the air while staring down at the barrier. Smiling, Ma Feng swung his sword. The shockwaves from his sword caused the barrier to crack heavily as Ma Feng came down.
A single strike from the artifact destroyed the barrier in half, and Ma Feng landed on the ground.
