"Chen Xiting and I were simply street vending and minding our own business when Gu En paid city management to come seize us," He Zhilan explained, her face expressing her innocence. "Chen Xiting and I tried to run, but Gu En and Tang Tang blocked our way. I was angry and I don’t know who actually threw the first punch, but we all started fighting. Although I know I threw the first punch, I’m not foolish enough to admit it," she added.
