"I’m sure your husband is around. Let’s see how he reacts when he finds out the truth."
Elisa’s heart pounded wildly. Panic surged through her veins. If this man exposed her now, everything would be over. Everything she worked so hard for would be over, Frank will never forgive neither will Claudia.
"No, stop! I’ll give you anything you want, just don’t do this," she pleaded, desperation thick in her voice. The guards and maids had already started to get her around, wondering what was happening.
Bodhi scoffed. "Why would I stop? You’ve ignored my calls for weeks. You breached our contract and agreement, and now you’re keeping my daughter from me. Why should I listen to you?"
He grabbed her wrists, pulling her close, his breath heavy with alcohol.
"You said you’d give me anything?" His lips curled into a wicked smile. "It’s been too long since I’ve been with anyone. How about one night with you? If you give me that, I would consider telling Frank about you."
Elisa yanked her hands-free, disgust twisting in her gut. She had never met anyone so shameless. She would rather sleep with a madman than this fool.
"What?" He flashed a smile, his rotten teeth displaying before her eyes. "You won’t do it?" Bodhi sneered, his voice turning cruel. "After everything I did for you, putting you and our child where you are today. You’re nothing but an ungrateful wretch. Maybe I should just tell him everything."
